About the NSBRI Industry Forum
The Industry Forum of the National Space Biomedical Research Institute
consists of representatives from 11 companies. These include consensus
leaders in the aerospace industry who have experience in partnering with
NASA in the commercial development of technologies adapted from the space
program. The Industry Forum also includes representatives of the
biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and information technology industries. The
emphasis for this Industry group is the development and commercialization
of biomedically-related products and devices. The forum advises NSBRI
Administration, provides technological advice and support to the Institute
and its investigators, and assists in technology transfer.
