NSBRI Summer Internship Program The NSBRI has a small summer program that provides the opportunity for undergraduate, graduate or medical students to join ongoing projects at the NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas. To be considered for this program, applicants are asked to fill out the online application, send a CV or resume, a letter of interest indicating dates during the summer that they would be available, and two letters of recommendation. Applicants must have completed their second year of undergraduate studies. The program is open to U.S. citizens.
All information and recommendations should be sent to: The deadline to apply for the 2009 program is January 31, 2009. Applications must be completed at the time of the deadline in order to be considered for review. Faxed or emailed applications will not be considered. Applications are reviewed in March, and applicants are informed of the status of their applications as soon as possible. The program pays interns an hourly wage but does not cover housing or travel.
