Due to intermittent technical difficulties with the web application server, the hosting of the NSBRI Electronic Proposal System (EPSS) has been temporarily affected. The problem has been identified and is currently being corrected. The difficulties do not lie with the EPSS application or the volume of proposals being prepared and submitted.

As a result, the National Space Biomedical Research Institute is extending the deadline for proposal submissions to the NSBRI portion (Appendix C) of the NRA 03-OBPR-04, as well as team leadership applications to NSBRI CFC-03-01, to July 17, 2003, 5:00 p.m., Eastern. The deadline for applications to the Independent Investigator Research Projects portion (Appendix B) of NRA 03-OBPR-04, submitted directly to NASA, will not change.
